Hello. In this video, I will go through the instructions of how to use the injectable pen ozempic

When you get your medication from the pharmacy, it will come in a box that states that those of the medication at the front side the dose can be our There is 0.25 MG was your 0.5 MG or 1.0 mg

Then when you're ready to inject, get one of the needles that come with that medication box. Remove the paper cover. And twist the needle into the front side of the pen. You're going to press and twist until it locks. When it locks Remove. The large cap. And then the smaller cap. You can now see the needle.

Before you inject. And whenever you use a new pen, you need to check the flow of the medication, and you do that by twisting. The dose rotating side until you get to the flow symbol, which is the two dots. You will then inject in the air.

And make sure that some medication flows in the air and that there is a drop that remains in the top of the needle. You will then need to decide on your site of injection.

You can choose either your front tummy or your upper thigh or your upper arm. Most people start by injecting in their tummy. So you will choose a location or a site on your tummy, That is at least two fingers away from your belly button.

Make sure that the dose window goes back all the way to zero.

Put the larger cap back on the needle never try to close the needle with a smaller cap only the larger cap, untwist.

And discard the needle in a sharp spin. You can get that from your local pharmacy.
